Sunday School: Galloping Green Gazelles
For elementary students who are feeling outgoing and energetic today!
Some Sunday mornings, we want to dance, hike, play, and shout for joy. On these days, children (with their parents' help) can choose the Galloping Green Gazelles class.
Definitely arrive with your outdoor gear and excellent attitude. We will be doing service projects, taking hikes, and undertaking group challenges and games. Each activity is designed to explore one of our principles and help us articulate our values in a kinesthetic, whole-body way! Most important, we will work and play by the New Games rules: Play hard, Play fair, Nobody hurt.
We say thanks and share a feast at the end of class while we wait for parents to rejoin us at 11:20.
Please don't hesitate to contact Christine McDonough, Mamma of eight-year-old Julie and Emily, who is pleased to answer questions about our program: Christine.McDonough (at) dartmouth.edu, or Sparrow F. Alden, Director of Religious Education.
