Snow/Cancellation Policy

UUCUV policy is to hold all regularly scheduled services on Sunday during the winter. We will not cancel services because of bad weather unless unforeseen circumstances occur such as the inabiity of the speaker to attend the service.

Individual members and friends should decide if the conditions allow for safe travel to the service. In case of an emergency change on Sunday morning:

• We will send out an e-mail message to our members and friends on our e-mail list explaining the change.
• We will change the recorded message on the Meeting House telephone.
• We will put a sign on the Marion Cross Door to explain the cancellation.
