Sparrow Alden, Director of Religious Education

Sparrow F. Alden is a parent, religious educator, and co-owner/builder of a straw bale cabin in the New Hampshire woods. She is a lifelong UU who has served the UUCUV since 1999 as the Director of Religious Education. Her own spiritual practice is closely tied to her respect for the Earth and the joy she finds in dance.

Sparrow's publications include Earth Spirit and Earth Stewardship curricula for children, short stories for children, and publications for the UU Ministry for Earth and Let's Talk About Interfaith Families for the UUA.
