Youth! - that's high school aged folks - get psyched for Y R UU?

On the first Sunday of each month we share pagan-style worship - usually Celtic and Asratu influenced, other interests welcome! We might be making blessing candles, drumming, praying for healing and insight, or just checking in with the Great Spirit to say, "Thanks." If you've never experienced this kind of worship circle, don't let that hold you back.

The last Sunday of each month we will be baking cookies for our LISTEN community dinner which happens on first Mondays (actually, those dinners are every other month, but, hey, cookies freeze well). If you can wield an oven mitt, you're qualified. Come do a good thing and have a blast.

Youth-directed other Sundays will be scheduled as y'all express interest

That's the thing with YRUU. If you want a homework club, place to hang, small group ministry... you make it happen. We use democratic process, and the advisors hang out in the background to watch over general safety.

Diversity Rocks - seriously. Our covenant affirms and promotes the inherent worth and dignity of all beings. That means you, too.

We'll make connections to District YRUU It's the NH & VT UU Youth Group. YRUU cons are amazing experiences in truth, beauty, bonding, leadership, worship, Ramen noodles, and not a lot of sleep. There are workshops, discussion groups, and people sitting up at 3 AM playing their guitars. If you and your parents are wondering, they're safe, sober, sane, welcoming, diverse, kind, and the youth clean up after themselves - parents should contact Sparrow, she's a huge fan and occasional con advisor.
